There is a horse on the horses for sale page named Winter Dream that I saw. When I tried to purchase him it showed that I couldn't buy him.

I tried to buy him once, too. But when you go to his page it does not say that he's for sale (just that he's up for stud for $200) and that he is currently owned by HorseWoman72.

It's a glitch. Admins have been trying to fix them as they are found. The glitch itself is supposed to be fixed, but each case of this has to be hand-corrected... that's IF admin can do so.

If admin can fix the glitch on that particular horse... It depends on whether that horse is currently up for sale or not. If the player is online regularly and checks out his or her horses, they may apply it back up, if it gets taken down either by admins, during the fix, or if the horse is not for sale, but should be.
If the player is not currently active in the game and the horse is not for sale, or gets taken down during the fix, then the horse won't be for sale.

But it can't be purchased currently so the player may not be able to post, take down or change the stud ad at all. I do not know. I did not have a horse affected by the glitch, so I cannot offer any personal experience. I'm like you, I'm on the outside and some of those glitch horses, I wanted to purchase as well. And I couldn't.

The good thing is that here on HWO, another horse will come along. And a horse with similar qualities does eventually do so. So if you miss one, there will be another.
