I would say that beaut is a smoky silver dapple cream, possibly with pangare c:

I have had one of those too. The best I could come up with is some kind of silver dapple on gold champagne.

I don't think it could be a champagne though, no freckles on the muzzle nor near the eyes and I don't see it in his lineage, hehe this colt is interesting for sure

Silver smoky cream. Black + 2x cream + silver.

Gold champagne would not show silver. Silver only affects black-base horses, gold champagne is chestnut-based.
