Is it worth it to get a premium account?
Hi everyone.
I asked you this question, because I have almost enough PT to gain premium. However, I have one concern; does it pay off to get premium or is it just a waste of PT?

It depends on how you look at it.Lila25173 wrote:Hi everyone.

It's certainly handy to have upgrades. You get confo scores immediately and can PM freely. Plus the extra days is ALWAYS welcome.
But that doesn't mean you can't win at this game without it.
It arguably comes down to how your breeding projects are handled. Have you been able to work successfully toward your end goal without being premium? If the answer is yes, maybe just let those PT sit and continue to accumulate until you hit a snag and need to upgrade. Then you might have enough PT for the next level (3 month instead of 1 month, or one year, instead of 6 month). Take a good look at your PT used for upgrading. There are breaks at certain levels.
However, if the answer to the question is 'no' and you have not been very successful with your breeding projects and think that upgrading might help you along, then give it a try.
I might suggest though, that you be prepared to grind hard to earn back much of that PT before your time expires, in the rare case that you really like it and don't want to loose it. In order to do that, you'll likely need a couple of good grinders waiting in the wings and maybe even have an extra spot to put most of your horses so they don't accidentally age out on you.
Just some food for thought.

As a last note, (if you're ready for it) if you have to or choose to grind for PT... this is a great time to train alongside hard grinding. Either your own horses, or do a temporary public service.

Horse sense is the thing a horse has which keeps it from betting on people.
