This may not be the best explanation, but the basics are scroll down your horses page and press 'analyze training'. Then you can pick the activity, like Lunge on the Flat, Loose Rein, Raised Cavaletti, etc. Each has a certain amount of difficulty. Then you pick the terrain. Arena, Track, Trail, or Hills. You can also pick to put your horse at the gait that you want like, walk, trot, canter, or gallop. After that you pick the duration for how long the horse will be doing that activity. For example, lunge on the flat in the arena for 5 minutes. And then you click 'begin training session' If the bar turns red or yellow it means the activity is either too hard for your horse or that your horse is too tired to train anymore. Also, your horse will use up energy while training. There are courses you can take that will increase your training stats and reduce the amount of energy your horses use and if you want to fully train your horses you are going to need them.
