There is a horse on the horses for sale page named Winter Dream that I saw. When I tried to purchase him it showed that I couldn't buy him.

First, go back to the horses page (you may own it) If you don't that means the owner doesn't want to sell him/her anymore.

OH that's the horse! I'm really not sure but I think that horse is a glitch or something.
