unable to create acount

I have a android device I have to use for internet
I'm unable to create an acount,it just says creating a acound it curently not posible,but isn't the game up already? I'm verry confused it might be my device or is it the game not yet up,I thought it was up

The game is only available to a small group of testers right now. We've still got a few months of development before we'll be able to open the game to everyone else. The game should work just fine on an Andriod device. I have one myself for testing too.
