Where are the costumes?

Please please please don't tell me I have to be Premium to get costumes for my horses! :cry:

But if I don't ( :D ), could some one please tell me where I can get them? I can't find them in the Tack Store!

Similar to the goats, costumes are mainly seasonal, meaning they only appear during holiday times such as Halloween. You do not have to be premium to purchase a costume for your horse. :)
Some are available for game money, others are only buyable via Pony Tokens. Hope this helps!
