I agree with everyone

As for me, the most annoying things are
One: When I run out of pasture space or am "not skilled enough to own another horse."
and Two: When The mare keeps giving colts and I need fillies. (Usually I don't have problems with getting colts, but getting one filly can sometimes be a pain for me. It's annoying because I am a breeder and need my broodmares and pasture space)

When you have a horse with your brand and you post all over (sale ad, horse notes, sale forum, etc.) to keep the brand and they take it off.

When you try to create a new breed, pick a mare and a stallion of similar sizes around the middle of the requirement range, and get a foal too big. You rebreed them, and get a foal too small. Then too big. Then too small. etc. When you finally get a foal of the right size, it's bulk is off (all the others had everything else withing the requirements).
(That's why I usually go with the opposite ends of the needed spectrum whenever possible.)
