I really need some people to host L4 Racing. If you are premium and can host a reccuring one for a bit, that'd be AWESOME. If, however, you are not premium but are willing to make some, thank you very much, as well.

Btw what do you mean stack at level 4? I thought that by just entering a horse into comps his PPS would just go up lol

It's fine! if you ever can, that would be awesome.
They are 'stuck' on it.
Basically what I mean is that I have multiple horses on L4, with barely any L4 comps hosted.
PPS goes up, that's correct. But if they are not entered in enough comps their PPS stays where it is. Their PPS only goes up if they win.
Hence, since there is barely any L4 comps, their PPS is not going up.
