Branding Horses

I was thinking that being able to brand horses in the game would be a nice feature. I don't like putting all the first letters of my farm name (WFR) in front of my horses names, so I just put one star ★ before and after ★ the horse's name. I think that if we could brand horses it would be easier to keep track of the horses we breed and not have worry about putting letters or shapes in front of our horse's names, though I have gotten used to the stars and don't mind them now. If we could brand the horses permanently, then we won't have to worry about accidentally or purposely removing other breeders brands. But maybe there could be a choice of non-permanent branding for players who don't mind their brands being removed or changed.

I agree. This could come in handy. I think that when your horse is branded the brand CANNOT be taken off of it. That way you don't have to worry about people deleting the brand. So... Say I put my current brand (trying to find a new one) †GES† on the horse I bred when it is born. It cannot be taken off. Hence, if you sell a horse bred by you to someone, it will permanantly have the brand †GES† but they can rename it.

Would love this feature - it could work in various ways...

- like a "sticker" attachment that you could buy in the tack store (per horse) but then it would have to stay in comparison to tack that changes when it is owned by different people - so that may not work

- or could add as a premium feature.. similar to your signature, i guess

- or could simply be an optional addition to any horse.

- OR: (BRAINWAVE) you could view a "purchase history/owners history" tab as such - so you can see all previous owners, and perhaps - perhaps dates.
