Evaluations?

Is it possible to breed a new breed from horses that don't perform well on evals? For instance if I breed a too short horse and a too tall horse together when they both fail evals but their colt ends up in the middle, would the new breed be created? Or do the parents have to meet the requirements?

No, only the foal has to meet the requirements. So yes you can still get the new breed if the parents genetics combine the right way
