Your horses have been trained

I pinged you for the third time to inform you that your horses have finished their training 9 days ago. Please pick them up, they are held on an account that is not premium and therefore are stopping me from putting my horses up for sale.

The max time you had to pick up your horses was a week but I do not want to rehome your horses sell/keep them. I do not want to keep them because they take extra space and I do not want to sell or rehome them because to be honest I do not want to do it as deep down I know they are not mine to do as I wish. Plus, I still worry that you might of not seen the 2 previous pings even if you were online recently.

(PS: To anyone who is reading this can you help me out decide what to do?)

If I were you I would see when the the last time she has been on either of the accounts, if it was recently I would wait for about 3 more days for her to pick them up.If she was not online recently i would give her about 2 days to respond to this and then ping her again,if she still does not respond after around 2 days I would just sell them after all you pinged her many times!
Hoped this helped you! :D

That is the problem :(

They had the chance to see my previous pings as they were online after I pinged them....I am just afraid that they are not getting my pings :(

Thanks for the help! I will do as you said (though still they might just not be getting my pings :( )

I checked for you. I did not find any player with a name close to madam.hanna (nor 1 or 2).
What I did find was madam.and.hannah and madam.and.hannah2

Take a look at their activity profiles:
http://www.horseworldonline.net/forum/m ... le&u=96912
http://www.horseworldonline.net/forum/m ... le&u=91834

As for the disposition of said horses. If they chose your training facility, that means they have read and must be bound to your rules. Stick to your own laurels, otherwise other's might decide to start trying to take advantage of it. Such things as 'well you did so for such and such...' or they'll just entirely ignore your rules and assume that you'll not adhere to them yourself.

Double check your first pings. If they're correct, maybe give them a last ping of 24 hours then post the horses at sale. Even if they come back and something happened to where they couldn't log on, their bloodlines may still exist in somebody else's stables.
If your first pings are not correct... considering their inactivity during the holiday season, I'd likely give them until January 5th as the final deadline, then post the horses for sale.

This would be the action I'd take, thus I'm offering this advice as the path you should consider taking.

Oh my god!
Thank you I did not see it!
If you see my training forum you will see that they player when filling the request form they wrote their name wrong!

God, I used that to ping her! (tbh that is why I ask the players to give me their username so that I can copy paste it on their horses profiles and use that to ping them after as searching for their previous replies is a hustle.)

Thanks for the help... God I cannot believe that I did not notice it before!

Perfect! Then perhaps they will pick up their horses.
It's the reason why we have multiple eyes, you know... mother, father, siblings, children, that annoying person on HWO that constantly noses her way in... (i.e. me  ).

I just click and drag their names either in the post itself, or the breeder on the horse's profile. But that won't always work. I could suggest, when you post the acceptance (I assume you quote the player that you're accepting their horses), copy the link that it gives you, to the horse's profile instead. That link, when clicked should take you directly back to that same post. So all you'll need to do is quote your own post and wham, bam... no need to correct those incorrect user names.
But that might be just as problematic, as in, more time, less room in the owner notes.

Believe me if HWO did not have a player like you we would have many problems

PS: The fact that you are helpful is one of the reasons why you are one of my favourite members in HWO (I hope that did not sound wrong  )

Will do! I hope something like this does not happen again

It might... sometimes. Just recently there were a couple players (one in particular that I know of), that the pings weren't going through to.
So it certainly might happen again, regardless of if we get the coding correct. Things like this should remind us to check in on the horses we own from time to time, when another person retains them for us.

Good Luck!
