Hello Mandrake!
I have realised that I did something wrong by using your stud. If needed I can compensate with a free breeding from any of my stallions. However, I will not return or rehome the foal. It was your own action to put the horse for stud; it can be expected or predicted that others may use it, even though that it said private.
