First off thank you for keeping HWO fun and safe. And helping fix our problems! Secondly I have a problem!
A certain Lionblaze account is banned, but they have three of my horses (put there by my friend Walnut the hamster for holding while she got to training them) These are some pretty valuable horses and I would like them back... also I promised the colt to Arabamania, and I keep my promises! Is there any way you could do something so I can collect them? Or help me get them back?

Lionblaze was active yesterday, so I doubt they are banned. As far as pings go, it would depend on how the account is set up.

Private Messages can only be sent and seen by upgraded accounts, but as far as forum pings go, anybody on HWO can receive a ping. They just can't reply to it on the forums.

It will be a one-sided communication, but that can still be done with a bit of trial and error. Using the pinging system to notify them of information will go through to them (notwithstanding a bug in the system and incorrect ping codes). However, getting an answer back of something more than putting a horse for sale, taking one down or putting a horse up for stud or taking one down from stud... is a little impossible. If they're still on COPPA style regulations, they can't even choose a name or edit ownership notes in some cases and maybe so far as not editing pasture names and farm edits. I'm actually not sure how far they're locked.
