Need a horse trainer!
I am trainer myself but unfortunately now I do not have as much free time as I did before. So because of that I do not have time to train my horses.
I made this post so that I can find a private trainer.
The job is not permanent of course though I would like to keep my trainer for a long time. However, I do understand that training someone else's horses might sometimes be time-consuming and therefore, after a certain amount of time it might make the trainer realize that they do not have enough time to train so I do not mind if after agreeing on becoming my trainer you are not able to train my horses.
I need a trainer who can train a horse within 3 years. Of course I do not mind if they take extra turns and finish it in 4 years as long as it does not take much real time. I would of put a max age of 4 years old but that sometimes means that the trainer will take extra days which is not what I am looking for.
I completely understand if you take more time to finish a horse!
It would be more preferable if the trainer could finish the horse's training in maximum 3 days (it is not a requirement but I would be way more satisfied if you could finish the training as fast as possible) .
The trainer must at least be able to take 2 horses at a time (I do not mind if you are able to take only 2 horses)
The trainer has to be able to adjust the horse's weight, temperament and train every stat to at least 99.2% (if you do not know how to change a horse's temperament and weight I would be happy to inform you)
Other than that the trainer has to be able to get yearly pictures of the horse (I completely understand if you accidentally forget to take a picture)
The price per horse is negotiable, I can pay maximum 75k per horse but I am willing to pay more.
Plz if you want to take this position tell me how much real time it takes you, how many HWO years, the minimum %, if you can adjust weight, change temperament and take pictures, your price and give me an example of a horse you have trained (if you have one)
