It's a bidder's forum. Minimum bid is $1. Once 24-hours pass from the timestamp of the first bid on that horse, the auction closes sometime thereafter (when I can sign on and officially close it). And the horse sells, for whatever the highest bid is, even if it's $1.

It's a good place to get rare horses from me, for the ones I have around. Just make sure you look over what you're interested in.
