Autumn Love's (Possibly Permanent) Boarding Facility

Hi! This is a side account for Southerngal, and want to do something I flat out refuse to do on the other account. Anyways, I know I've never boarded anyone, but that shouldn't be a problem, cause hey, it takes boarders to become a boarder. If you would like me to hold a horse for you temporarily, or champ a horse for you, I can!
Guidelines:
If you bug me to my breaking point, I'll just ignore you. Sorry.
I'll give you ten days to pick up your horse, and after that the horse will become mine to use. Unless you tell me you won't be on, at which I will hold your horse until needed.
That's it, actually.

Pricing and Extra:
Regular Boarding:
Currently $50 a real life day, per horse. Can be negotiable if you are new.
If the horse is not picked up within 10 days after schedualed pick up, the horse is mine to use.
The longest I will hold a horse will be two weeks, unless negotiated, exculding notice of absence.
Champing:
This simply encompasses entering your horse into a whole bunch of competitions chosen by you.
I have no set time on how long it will take to champ a horse, so there will just be a price that encompasses it all. My current champing limit because of how limiting this account is will be Grand Champion.
This will be $1,000 for Ch. or $2,000 for GCh.
It is your responsibility to train the horse if you only ask for champing. I am fine with champing an untrained horse, or a fully trained one.
Studding:
I can put your horses up for however much you want, and you will get back half of however much the stud brings in. If the horse runs out of energy, I will transfer them over to my main account (Southerngal) to age them up, so as not to age any other horses.
If the horse doesn't breed at all, it will simply be $50.
Breeding:
I can breed mares for you, if you want. Since this is a frozen account, I can not foal any mares.
The price will be however much the stud is.
Training:
This will be done on my main account. It takes me at most 3 years (I am still in the process of upgrading- the time will increasingly shorten) to train to 50+in all stats.
Most likely will not be put in place yet, but if you ask I might.
Price is as yet undefined.

I have champed my own horses, the two currently on this account, along with at least one currently alive on my main account. I belive the highest champ I have done is a MCh.+. I have not boarded any horses but my own, since this is the first time I've bothered to try to board and champ.

Yes, but it isn't the best. I can train a horse to 50+ in about three years currently, and it is steadliy becoming better.

I'm sorry, I didn't see this. I'll offer on the horse from this account so I can do the training. The horse will then go to Autumn Love to be champed further than what I can on this account. I can currently only train, in a decent amount of time, 50+ percent in all stats, and with Christmas break, I will be off more. I can wait, or will you be alright with the wait?
