I'm just trying to figure out how I could do a raffle but I'm not sure how they would get a ticket or whatever, unless it is free, I spoke it could be free but do you have any ideas how I could do it otherwise?

They could buy tickets. The most easiest way would be to use their name multiple different times in a random name picker and use the random name picker to choose who gets what. If you really wanted to, you can use a random number generator to generate a series of random numbers and then use a random number picker.

The tickets could be just "thin air" and you record how many a player has bought then do one of the two options for the drawing
