If you're looking to change your name, you will have to ping our admins and ask them directly to consider a name change individually.
They have been kind enough to extend this to us on a case-by-case basis, but two definite rules are that it must be noted is that the name Must Not already be in use and that you can only change a name of the profile you're requesting from. For instance, you cannot ask farm B to be changed to another name, when you're posting from farm A.

It hasen't been a top priority, but if you want a name changed just email support@wincirclegames.com from the email addresses associated with the account you want changed and let me know what name you'd like.

Just be aware I'm getting a lot of support questions right now so I may get to you right away. I'm trying to keep up with them all.

Just wondering if this is still an option. I tried this game out because my friend suggested it, but it's not exactly a game for me (though it is a great game, don't get me wrong). I'd like to pass this account to my other friend, who likes to play this game a lot. She doesn't want to use this username though, and she'd rather use my account rather than let what I've earned go to waste. Is it still an option to change the username and maybe the password?

Username change requests can be sent to support@wincirclegames.com but the email must come from the email address associated with the username.

Passwords change be changed at any point once you are logged in.
