What this is:
If you need a horse to not age, and/or stud out, you can rent a pasture (or a 1/2 a pasture) from me to keep them in.
rules and pricing below.
BTW- If I have premium while boarding your horse, conformations are included.
Rules
1. No cussing, swearing, or inappropriateness of any kind.
2. I have any and ALL rights to deny you and/or your horse(s).
3. If you don't pay up within 1 week of scheduled pick up date, I gain ALL rights to said horse (invalid if you tell me you won't be on- I'll just charge you daily prices until your back on).
4. If you fail to follow these rules you will get 1 warning, after that you will be banned.

A Medium pasture all to yourself(Fits 8 horses, including unborn foals)!~$1500 a day
a Large pasture all to yourself(Fits 12 horses, including unborn foals)!~ $2000 a day

A small barn all to yourself(Fits 4 horses, including unborn foals)
A Medium barn all to yourself(Fits 8 horses, including unborn foals)
A Large barn all to yourself(Fits 12 horses, including unborn foals)
Individual Rent:
$200 per head per day(including unborn foals).
Extras:
Tack
I can tack up your horse for an additional 1000 (If I have to buy more tack, I'll add that price to your bill)
Just specify the tack items and I'll stick it on for you.
Stud Ads
I'll put your stallion up for stud for half of what they bring.

the time limit it takes to long if your playing at school and you have to wait longer then you can play and if you have a baby then it takes way to long.
