To my knowledge UFO is on the banned list from HWO with the other accounts that were created by the strand of "bugged" accounts. The accounts who previously accepted this person's offers got real money but what I am saying is that the player used some sort of hack to get unlimited money and began offering on people's horses. To my knowledge, as stated before this person is going to be banned shortly from the game and Tom said that the bug they were using has been patched.
