
I purchased player bonuses
Could someone help me out?
I was emailed about my purchase and I was provided with a link that I could go to if I had any questions. Unfortunately the link would not load for me so does anyone know when the player bonuses will be applied to my account?

Mine showed up right away when I bought them. Maybe wait a little bit as there might be a delay, if they still don't show up I'd contact the provider or notify Tom.Veterinarian wrote:Could someone help me out?

Hey Tom, I am sorry if I am bothering you but I bought a few player bonuses this evening and I still have not gotten them. Based on what I heard (since the link, that was provided with the email that I got, did not work) you are supposed to get you player bonuses immediately and that worries me a bit.Tom wrote:ping

No bother. We'll have to double check the emails going out if they aren't working, that's very strange. The most common problem when someone's order doesn't go through is the username wasn't entered correctly. Was the order supposed to go to this user account? Oh and I have not gotten the pts from the quest but I am guessing that I will in a little bit

We're still trying to work out what causes the username to not be included on some purchases. When you click on the link from the player store it should automatically fill in your username in a field at the bottom of the form.
If you don't get the quest yet, visit the Quests page and it should re-evaluate then.
