Is she just cremello?
Okay so this girl >> http://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/171252
Is she just cremello? The colour/genetics thing is new to me, so apologies if I'm being dense.
Thanks in advance!

Cremello Champagne Roan
You can determine Champagne by looking at the horse's muzzle. Champagne horses have freckled muzzle.
If you look closely, you can see white ticking throughout the coat, and that is the Roan.

Gold Cream Roan actually.
Chestnut + 1x cream + champagne + roan. If she were a double dilute like cremello she would have light blue or gray eyes and exclusively pink skin, and the color on her head is dark - typical of a gold cream. She'd also need two dilute parents and she's only got one - her dam is a blue roan that has not produced any other dilute foals and the most recent dilute in her pedigree is four generations back as far as I can tell. That's a long time for that gene to hide. I do wonder if her sire has some pearl going on though because his pedigree is incredibly interesting, color-wise.

Oh my goodness. I think I need to employ someone full time to go through my ponies and tell me what on earth is going on with the coloursSyn wrote:Gold Cream Roan actually.
