First off, shouting in caps is not going to get you anywhere.
I don't think that MerrySmile would try to do anything (on purpose) like what you are saying she is doing. This is most likely some type of misunderstanding. MerrySmile could just simply be transferring these horses from one of her accounts to another. Are the horses put up for offers only?
If I'm wrong, I don't mind apologizing, but like I said, I don't think MerrySmile would do anything intentionally to break any rules established between players. I don't know MerrySmile personally, but she's an established player and I've done business with her before, so I don't think she'd try to scam anyone. Misunderstandings like this happen a lot in the game, and it's nothing to get upset over. I'm sure if you calmly ask MerrySmile about this situation you will be able to get everything worked out just fine

Umm first off I have gone to the market after not being on for a couple of days due to a glitch and now that its fixed, i went to the market and i saw my 2 horses for sale for 80000 and 60000 sooooo, TRY ME!! and yes typing in capitals WILL get me somewhere.

Please do explain how it will. If you were MerrySmile, how would you feel if you saw someone shouting at you in the forums? Would that make you feel more willing to sell back the horses than if you were asked nicely?
I understand that you are upset about this, and you have a full right to be. But why don’t you try giving MerrySmile the chance to explain herself? Like I said, this is all probably just a misunderstanding. Maybe MerrySmile didn’t realize she wasn’t supposed to re-sell the horses.
I do have another point to make. We see this happen, and situations similar to this, quite a bit in the forums. At the end of the day, you did sell your horses to MerrySmile, so now she owns them. She has the choice to sell them again or not, regardless of what the previous owner (you) asked of her. Now I think that the previous owner’s wishes should be respected, but unfortunately this is not always the case.
Did you breed these two yourself? Do you think you could breed them again fairly easily?
