Under 13 Privilages

Post by Sawd10 »

I have a sister (May4025) who is under 13.
This is not about her, it's mostly for all under 13's.

I think they should be able to name their Barns and Pastures (Or at least have a lot more options).
I think they should be able to report players.
I think they should have a 'Kids Chat' for under 13 year olds. In that Chat they should have a Bubble Chat with LOTS of options and they should be able to link their horses in the Chat. I also think that 13+ year olds should not be allowed there because that's kind of creepy and they do not belong there. (But of course, the Admins should be allowed there)!
I think they should be able to name their competitions or at least have Lots of options.
They should have options of what to name their sale ads.

I think that would make the game a lot more fun for them and worth-wile.
***My sister May4025 helped me type this out. She's DESPERATE.
Please consider doing this.
"Please, please, please." Is what my sister said.

Although I feel for the trials and tribulations of those underaged players... these are rules that aid in their protection.

It's fairly easy to get the restrictions released.

This is what Tom wrote about it:

Yes. If your parents lift the COPPA regs, by asking in the help desk and following the instructions, she will have Full Access to this site (or maybe part, I don't know if there is a partial-restriction lift option, so I assume it's only all, or nothing, but I could be wrong by that).

If parents give formal written permission, then Full Access to the site can be granted to ANYBODY that falls under COPPA-style regulations.

Seek out help with the Help Me button and ask about instructions for lifting COPPA.
This is available to everybody.

imagine giving a kid the power to ban people. Perhaps you have a horse name that the kid doesnt like and then she bans you.. or a older players tells the kid to do it. Kids are stupid and immature if you give them these powers trust me when i say that it will destroy the game

i got in a discussion with a kid recently, started meddleing and when i asked not to meddle i was the bad guy.
kids like this would ban me in seconds.. its my opinion btw that all kids under 21 are kids 8-)

I think we should restrict all players under 21 to disrespect them old farts

Nah, I don't neccaserally mean Ban, just report so the Admins could take a look. But yes, I think you have a point.

I actually (Above posts) was talking to BlackOak and they actually said that you can lift the COPPA (well, the parents).
I basically forgot to delete this. But... yeah.
