I can't offer too much for making a picture.
I can tell you that whatever picture you will be using, you will need to load up to a photo site for hosting. Then you link your logo to the photo site from your profile for your avatar or your signature.

For making images, you're going to want an image manipulation program. Photoshop is my personal preference, but there are a ton of free options out there--GIMP and Paint.net are among the most popular.

Once you get a program , look up some basic video tutorials and start messing around. It's easy enough to teach yourself just by playing with options and seeing what they do.

When you save an image, look up best ways to save for web use. The best web formats are JPEG, GIF, and PNG. They all have their different uses, so do some reading and find what format works best for your intended use. Once it's saved, you can upload it to an image hosting site (I personally use Imgur--photobucket and tinypic used to be the standards, but they're pretty clunky and require you to pay for hosting space). Once your image is uploaded, it will have a unique URL that you can use to share it around the web.

Red words that say: Sawd10, Owner of Golden Eagle Stables (†GES†)
Dark green words that say: Proud Breeder of Thoroughbreds, Bashkirs, Sooty Dapple Thoroughbreds, and Silver Black Dapple Pearls.
Next to the Red words put a Red horse head shilouette (Find a good one please) and put it next to the red words. (Shilouette same color as red words) and then do the same red shilouette flipped on the other side of the words. Make sense?
I think that's all. ***Is there any way I can use my picture in my signature because that would be awesome!
