bring back top scores

I know top scores was removed because it was similar to world records, but they're different enough to keep scores around. Scores can be searched by breed and gender, so players can keep track of their rankings within their breeding communities.

They likely will be brought back but I'll probably do them a little different. I'd like to somehow have them connected with discipline registries or something. We had some bugs with the top scores being displayed anyway so I'll have to work those out before I can bring them back.
