What does interviewer do?

The interviewer basically asks, the player who wants to join us, some questions to see if they would be a good addition to The United Racing Thoroughbred Breeders Club.

I have a bunch of things that I would like to talk to you guys about for the future of The United Racing Thoroughbred Breeders Club (and have all of us vote on these ideas):

As already been discussed in the few posts above, allowing other players to join The United Racing Thoroughbred Breeders Club.


Adding/changing a few of our rules. Do any of you have any ideas for the rules or do we like them as they are?


Again, as already been discussed in the few posts above, for other players to join us, they need to meet certain restrictions before they can be interviewed by the interviewer(s).


Appointing another interviewer or two.


Appointing a vice president to take charge whenever the president can't take charge.


Making a different forum for our main page (recreating it/making it look different).


All of us who are currently members be The United Racing Thoroughbred Breeders Club committee that make decisions.

We haven't really made any decisions for the allowing of new players to join us yet. Until then, we won't allow other players to join us until the decisions are made.

So, we have some things that we have yet to get a full for sure vote from each of you:

1. Do you want to allow more players to join us? If so, would you want to add and/or change our requirements for the players to join?
2. Do you want to have someone be a vice president? If so, what should be the requirements and who would you want to have as the vice president?
3. Do we want to add/change any of the Thoroughbred standards? If so, what would you want to add/change?
4. Do you want to have some contests hosted for all members of the United Racing Thoroughbred Breeders Club?
5. Do you want to keep the club name or do you want to change it? If you want to change it, what would you change it to?
6. Do you want to have another interviewer? If so, who would you want to be the 2nd interviewer?
7. Do you want to have any club mascots, a "Horse of Month" for the Thoroughbreds owned by any of the members, and/or anything else like that?
8. Should we make a different forum for our main page or just edit it? If you want to edit it or make a new one, what would you want to be included and/or excluded?
9. Is there anything else you want to suggest that we change, remove, and/or add?
