My First Canadian Horse!
I finally produced my first Canadian Horse, and it's a filly!
Everyone, say hello to (F) Canadian| Couture, named after J.A. Couture who set up the breed guidelines for the Canadian Horse in 1895.

In the beginning of my research I came across that only blacks, bays, and chestnuts were acceptable colours for the Canadian, but in Couture's Standards he lists that any colour is acceptable. That being said, I am going to work towards my goal of blacks and bays for my herd (I have a weird thing with chestnuts coats for some reason, don't really like them)
Here's a link to were I got Couture's breed standards: http://www.lechevalcanadien.ca/breed.htm
