Perlino, cremello? What is he?

This pretty boy has me confused. His dark legs, muzzle and eyes makes me think perlino, but his mane and tail is so bright. His mother is a palomino, so that makes me think of cremello. But it doesn't make sense with the dark parts.
Anyone knows?

He's a silver perlino. His mother had a hidden silver gene from her dam.

Okay, so it's the silver that turns his mane an tail that white? It looks pretty awesome :D
