I'm not skilled enough to finish her apparently, as the training gives me .01% addition, so I'm afraid your going to have to finish her...
If the horse's fatigue gets to 30% or higher the training bonus percent will go lower.
So even having the horse just walk on a lower difficulty level can bring down the fatigue.
Or if you have to, just give the horse a day off to lower that fatigue.
