Hello! I just bought this horse and wondering if it's good for the silver Black Dapple Pearl breeding? He looks like you're (PeacefulOreo) But not sure if he is the color

I don't think he is the pearl color. Unless BlackOak2 knows that whether or not he is a pearl.

He is, at best, a cream and pearl. And actually, that does look like what he is. A buckskin (his father) could never throw a pearl gene (pearls CAN NOT hide when paired with cream), thus his father could only throw a cream gene or a negative gene (no dilution at all). But it does look like his mother is a simple brown and NOT smoky brown, so I suspect she has a hidden pearl gene. So the conclusion is you have a Cream & Pearl.
But not double pearl.

A double pearl will NEVER have blue eyes.
A double pearl May have green eyes, but that's a separate gene.
And the green eyes of a double tiger, CAN hide the blue eyes of a double cream or a cream and pearl.

So here's the general rule breakdown of a pearl:
--> pearl is co-recessive, which means it needs two genes to express, either another pearl, or a cream gene
--> pearl also shares the same locus as cream, therefore you cannot have two creams WITH two pearls
--> a single cream gene CANNOT have a pearl
--> pearl can be mistaken for double cream, they both have pink skin, but double pearl has dark eyes whereas cream has blue (also cream and pearl has blue)
--> a single or double pearl CANNOT come from two single creams
--> a double pearl CANNOT come from a single cream, regardless of the other horse's color

--> two solids CAN produce a double pearl, which means that both horses hide a single pearl gene
--> one solid and a double dilute CAN produce a double pearl, which means that the solid hides a pearl and the double dilute is a cream and pearl
--> two double dilutes CAN produce a double pearl, which means that they are both cream and pearl and NOT double pearl

The two I marked in red are the best indicators for determining the possibility for 'is it double pearl or not?' Other than that, look out for those dark eyes. I've attached double pearls that I have below.

This is on bay, with dun.

This is on chestnut.

This is on black, with dun.

I don't currently have any on brown.

Alright! Would be work when making a silver Black Dapple Pearl or is it best or would it not work with the cream in there?

Luminescence is a cream and pearl. So technically, he could work with making a silver black dappled line in double pearl phase. But... It may be difficult to get him to throw that pearl around.
You'll have a 50/50 chance of him passing that pearl on... or the cream... he'll always throw a dilute gene.
I recommend that you DO NOT cross him to a tiger-eyed horse, because you may not be able to tell if that foal is a cream and pearl like him, or a double pearl like you want.
But you can cross to any double pearl or pearl carrier horses. If the foal has blue eyes as a newborn, then it's NOT a double pearl and you can cull it. Of course, you may find it irritatingly difficult to ever get him to throw the pearl gene. Or not.

He could work for you. But I don't recommend them because these horses do seem to have a greater tendency to throw cream then pearl.

Okay, do you suggest I use him or no?

I would not.

When breeding for the pearl gene, I recommend (tell anybody) that they avoid champagne, cream and tiger genes altogether until AFTER they have established the pearl genes to their liking.

If you like him that much, just put him on freeze, for another project or later down the road into this one for some use.

I don't really care too much for him. I bought him for 15k. However, he could come handy dandy down the road. I'll look out for more! Thanks.
