Can someone please tell me what color this girl is, please? She looks two toned. lol I've never seen one like this before. Also, quick question...if new colors for horses come out in the adoption center do the admins announce it or do they just appear? Thanks!

She is bay roan with sooty! Admins do announce when new colours/genetics are added.
Sooty can take some time to show, so it may not always be apparent when a horse is younger.
