I'm assuming it's an automatic process for PT to be added to accts. I'd give it an hour or so just to let any automatic systems catch up, then poke Tom.

Sorry to bother you Tom, but Hazel bought 600 PTs for me for each of these accounts: _h a z e l 3_ and _h a z e l_. I received the ones for _h a z e l 3_ but not for _h a z e l_. Hazel said she has the receipts for each purchase. I'd appreciate it if you could help us out!

Oh, and for what it's worth, I got a receipt for the one purchase (the one where the PT /hasn't/ arrived yet), but didn't get a receipt for the other (the one where the PT went though ok).
