I just put 6x horses up for a quick sale for 20K each in the market. I did specify both in the title and description that they were a private sale (Transfer)

I know everyone has the right to buy any horse in the market for public auction... So i'm not complaining that you bought one of them, but I am asking - Very nicely - for you to give him back, please?

You paied 20K for him, I 'm willing to pay 40K for his return.

Training, I generously offered on the above horse when you had him for sale... but i was to quick to hope that you would return him.

Could you gmail Training Services [Change This]? She will give it back if you ask her there. Also, why isn't she a private client anymore. She's really sad about that...she already got a bunch of horses trained by you! I know her real life.

Do Not give out email accounts! Please change this.

The reason the player has lost some of their abilities on HWO is because of earlier 'proofs' of being under age under the COPPA law. It protects our younger players. It is illegal for our admins to allow an underage in many countries around the world to allow a 'known underage player' to play the game without these protections.
However! With parents or guardians, these restrictions can be lifted quite easily. Seek out customer support.

We really (the community at large and our admins) really do try to protect our underage community as well as the whole HWO community. Please aid us in doing so by following the internet safety practices as well and supporting our community and HWO in protecting our underage community.

How do you get parent permisson??

Since I haven't had the experience of it, I can only answer what our admins have said, contact customer service.

I'm sorry but I've had to add Holding Services to the COPPA group as they are under 13 and it's the law. Please contact customer service via the Help Me button at the bottom of the page if you would like instructions to have your parents give permission to use our website.
