I bought 600 PT for _h a z e l_ and when I bought them it said it went through and then I never got an email??? But I got charged for them

I don't see any orders in the system right now that haven't been applied to an account correctly.I see a purchase yesterday for 600 PT that went through to "Thundering Hooves" account.

Can you provide me any other specific information about your purchase? I need some way to look up your specific order.

It was PayPal
I ordered some for me then Hazel

I got charged for both but I got No email Iḿ confused
