Hi I clearly said on a horse I was holding for someone that it is not for sale on the ad. I put it up for 500k and on the comments wrote:
DO NOT BUY TRANSFERRING TO SIDE (HORSE TRAINED FOR SOMEONE)

But yet Training Services still bought it and is refusing to sell back it said everywhere DO NOT BUY and they still do. This is not the first time they've done this and I messaged them kindly asking them to return my horse but they refused and got all aggressive over it. I was training the horse for a fellow player and now that player is in tears cause they lost their favourite horse to an arrogant person who doesn't care for anyone but themselves.

I'm sorry if I'm coming across as rude but they've upset so many people and nothings getting any better. Please help

This has happened many many times before. They can’t take the horse back from someone because they did buy it (weather it was right or wrong). If this has happened more than once, then you should start putting horses up for offers only. That’s the only way to guarantee nobody will buy the horse. This has been something that has happened many times, so just take caution and don’t put your horses up unless it’s offers only.
