Info on Weight/Weight Changing

I still don't understand how wieght works in this game, could someone pls explain this to me? Thanks in advance! :D

If you feed your horse like 90% feed then it will usually lose weight, and if you feed it over 100% then it should gain weight. Foals are a bit tricky because you have to feed them a lot when they’re six months (I usually do 109-112%) so that as they grow they’ll eventually be eating 100% and you don’t have to change it again. Although, this is slightly different for different breeds, and weather the horse is being trained or not.

It’s easiest to control weight when a horse is in a barn, but I recommend keeping foals in pastures until they’re of breeding age.

Of course! Sometimes there are glitchy horses that won’t lose or gain weight, but this is usually the way I do it.
