Is flaxen possible on chestnut dilutions?

Basically what I'm asking is, is that is it possible for flaxen to show up on a diluted chestnut horse like Gold champagne, or can flaxen only show up on non-diluted chestnut?

Flaxen can show up on any dilute, though it is almost impossible to spot on cream and pearl. It is quite easy to spot on gold champagne though. This gal is flaxen gold champagne:
