Perfect! So how I was thinking about structuring this would be as follows, but feel free to offer a suggestion:
Step 1: I will list the horse I am looking to sell as an offer only listing
Step 2: I will ping you with the link for the sale ad, as well as some information about the horse, my minimum asking price, and how much you will make off the sale (we can negotiate that next)
Step 3: If you agree to sell the horse at that price than you will make an offer for $1 and I'll accept
Step 4: You sell the horse!
Step 5: You keep your portion of the sale and then buy a "placeholder horse" from my farm for the rest of the money from the sale

How does this sound? We can adjust things as we go or if you have a different structure in mind, just let me know!

The last few things:

~I would prefer that, while the horse I am selling is in your possession, you keep them within 2 years of the original age, a healthy weight, that you wouldn't breed them without asking first, and you let me know who they were sold to.

~ Also, please update me on things like: if an offer is made, if you move the horse to a different account so I can keep track, or if you are worried it won't sell.

~As mentioned in the initial ad, you also get first pick at any of my horses if you are interested!

~For the money making part:

I think the best way to do it is a horse by horse basis, because some are better than others. Out of fairness I was thinking of using this breakdown...

If it takes longer than 1 week and you sell at my min price ~25%
If you sell at min price in less than a week ~30%
If you sell above my min price ~30% of asking + 50% of anything over the min price
If you sell super fast and over my min price (case by case basis) I'll give you anywhere from 50%~65% if the sale
