how about when your better statted horse gets beat by a horse with 10 or more points lower in the top stat for the category you entered it in?

LOL!!!

:D Seriously funny! And So Sad!
Yet I'm still laughing!

I've never looked into the losses that closely, never considered it, but then again, I'm not a regular competition stable.
I think I'll be keeping this in mind in the future.

....
And now this thought comes to mind...
Was it one of my horses???

haha i cant say that ive been watching that closely either....
but i can just imagine you, BlackOak, rubbing your hands together in glee at that prospect *wink* ...

just joking!

But yes, certainly something to watch, especially on a specified competition horse!

I doubt it was one of mine, since I don't breed specifically for conf scores... But I certainly would have found it a LOT funnier.

We all need to laugh recently.

And although I like to see one of my own horse's doing well (regardless of whether I bred it or not), I have mixed feelings and sometimes feel badly when I knock another horse off some top list.

However... my one mare is still holding on to that pole bending record!

I have a similar problem with prices, sometimes.

It is a bit hard to take a record now... especially when that Whyle horse keeps taking it back. :|

So it's nice to see she's still keeping hers, for now.

well, well... I was actually thinking of another "Whyle" horse (the one that holds most of the endurance records... but the same thing applies! Bitapetrone certainly knows has a skill for holding most of the records...

By the way, interesting breed cross you have there, belgian x arabian!

Likely from the same line though. Bita is definitely a heavyweight in the records and top horse categories.

Grinder line... well originally anyway. So breed wasn't important. When I started to locate outside breeds for that line in specific competition categories, there really was only two breeds that showed up most often... belgians and arabians, thus, much of my grinder line (now competition line), became belgian and arabian mixes.
