HELP!!!!!

Idk what to do! I can’t log into my Ms. Trouble Maker account! That account is 5 years old!! And all my stats and work I have into that. And it’s not just thw game, it’s also credit karma, Shutterstock! Everything.

Soooo here’s what happened. My iPhone screen 2 days ago randomly turned green and a siren was going off on it. I smashed it because I couldn’t take the siren noise any longer. I took it into apple and they replaced it for free. Welllll I got the new one and it’s as if my emails have alllll disappeared!!! And now everything I had says “no email is associated with this account” how did apple delete my yahoo email!!? That’s why I’m sooo confused. Soooo now I have my Ms. Trouble Maker Farm and it’s stil here. But I can’t log in because “there’s no email associated “

It sounds like you may have had some sort of bug or hack.

If this happened with an Iphone, I would first tell you to contact them and have them investigate what likely happened.
Second, we do have a way to reset passwords, but if the email was deleted... that I don't think will be available.
Third, our admins can wipe an associated email so we can use the email again, but I think when they do that, the original farm access is essentially stripped.
Fourth, if you can't get into your account, then being able to change the associated email from one to another will likely not be possible.

This is much more than a game hiccup, this expands to other areas of your 'life'... I would suggest checking your bank accounts (on a secure device) your credit and debit cards and take a good look at any bills that come in, even calling them up and checking for recent activities.

If ... if your phone was used for nothing else but this game and a gaming e-mail and not for checking on bills or checking on bank accounts, you might be just fine, but something else much more serious might have happened.

So once you have the rest of that cleared up, what I would suggest is open another email and see if you can work with our admins to apply the new email to your old account. They'll likely need something as proof (they Do Not have access to our passwords, so that will not help)... because the last thing we want is our admins able to switch some person that says they own another account onto that account when they are likely not.

To recap, a problem on a device shouldn't affect an email account held on the server of the providing email company, so there is likely much more to your problem then some random green-screen on your phone. Of course, I have experiences some strange things in the past and I could be wrong about it...

Also, after re-reading your issue, I have another suggestion.
Contact yahoo customer service and see if they can offer you some additional insight. Since you say they're the email carrier, they'll be able to see what's going on, on their end. Hopefully you remember enough about your email and your safety protocols that you can have them help you with your individual account.
