What you are referring to is actually called Lethal White Overo Syndrome is it is the result of crossing to horses each carrying a copy of the Frame Overo gene and passing both copies to the foal. Yes this will be included in the game. We'll also have a genetic test available so players can determine if their horse carry's a copy of the Frame Overo gene.
