Remember the code needs to know who it's going to (Training Services), then it needs to know what the person said (ping)... and finally remember to clear up your spaces (some player names have spaces, these would be required, but the code itself doesn't need any extra spaces included).

I think it's because you have a space between the ( = ) and the first ( " )

when I started out I didn't get it either, a good way to see is to click the " (speech marks) in the top right corner of someone's post. Then the codes will be at the top of the box - then all you need to do is to change the name of the person between the " "
