I have a filly that's a mix between Holtstein*Thoroughbred.

So my question is, what breed can i possibly make from this mare?
Is there any breed i can get out of her from breeding her to another breed?
And what may that be?

If you breed her to another Holstein x TB, you have a chance for a Hanoverian. I have actually done this so I know for sure that it can work if the foal meets breed specifications.
