Training to Own More Horses

I've looked through the guide and FAQ. I know that you can have a max of 211 horses and have to do the courses to get own ore than one horse. I am on Basic Horse Management two and it will not let me do the last course. I have done four of the five courses and have read that as soon as you do the fifth one, you unlock the next level. Do you have to level as a player to get more horses? Currently, I am on player level four.

Trying to understand why I cannot move forward with Basic Management Two, course five!

You can only study one course at a time and you are currently study a training course. Once you complete this you'll be able to start the next horse ownership course.

Player levels don't upgrade horse capacity. You need to take lessons to do so.
Go to:
Player
Skills
Horse Ownership

And start there. You'll start learning a lesson and when it's done, don't forget to hit the 'complete' button. Once the 'complete' button is clicked, your account will be updated with what you've learned (i.e. raising your horse cap).
