Farm Editing Nightmare!

I'm having major trouble. I was trying to rearrange my farm but every time I finished it would revert to its original jumbled-up state. Please help!

Is your farm expanded to the proper height and width? Otherwise I would ask

I saw the post, I just hadn't gotten to it yet.

Height and width are both important. But it usually stops you from going beyond what those limits are.
Did you have this problem before?
Did something update on recently on your computer?
Do you need an update?

Java sometimes needs updating for the game to work properly. Often times it's the cache and it needs to be cleared out.
Also, after you move an item, try flipping it, some people have sticky issues and find that flipping an item sets it in it's place.

Have you tried a different browser? Sometimes it's the browser that doesn't get along with the game. The one's I know that work well with the game are (in no particular order): Chrome, Firefox, IE, Avast Safebrowse... IE MUST be up-to-date and at least be version 8 (I think). There are others, but these are the one's I know best and many of us use regularly.
Sometimes people have trouble with the game working well on tablets or phones. Try switching to a regular computer and see if something changes. Also, a mac may work differently then a pc, so switch to a pc, or use the switch-over that macs come with to use the 'pc' style in it.

This really does sound like a cache issue though. That's where I think the problem is. You should see a 'saved' pop-up Every Time you move something. If you don't see the 'saved' pop-up, then it Did Not Save. So are you seeing the saved pop-up, or not? If you don't see the saved pop-up, it may be a connection issue, or try to refresh the page just before starting to move everything. Are you getting any errors when you move things? If so, what are they? what do they say?

However, there may be some help I missed... I have all the helps listed in the newbie quickstart guide, in the glitches section at the bottom. So also check there in case I missed naming a possible fix (a fix for one issue may also work for another issue).
