This is not rude in my opinion. They have stated nothing in this topic about anything negative, and have not put down Training Services. They have simply chosen to not offer services to this player, and have it posted as a reminder to not serve them.
There are plenty of other members that have 'No' lists, most of them don't have any players added to them, because personal-topic or services-offered rules have not been broken with them.

This is mostly my opinion, except for the fact that there is no HWO rule against it.

I don't need Shadow's training, I have my private trainers and I am also a trainer!
