Tutorial stuck

I just made another account and followed the tutorial as directed (instead of skipping ahead which I have learned from before) and I waited for the second skill course to be done, hit complete, and the tutorial still says Study Second Course, which I did on time and now I can't get rid of the tutorial thing or finish it. How do I fix it? It must have glitched or something because I was following it correctly.

Head to the quickstart guide for newbies (in the help, guides section), it has a list of fix-it's for the tutorial. Go through them methodically (one by one) from the easiest first, it should restart the tutorial.

Let us know if it doesn't.
