Why am I not allowed in chat Room?

So why am I not allowed in the chat room? I click on the chat room at it says I am not allowed. I used to go on it all the time and ask questions and sell horses.

Hmm... If you are below 13 years old, you aren't allowed to make topics, Post in forum topics, and chat in the chat. If you are not 13+ then that is the problem. Otherwise, this could help:

Go to community and press Forums,
Next, scroll all the way down, not pressing anyone's topic,
Once at the bottom, press "Contact Us," you can probably say something like this:
"Hello. I am 13+ and used to be able to go in chat. For some reason I can't... I can make forum pages and reply to people in the forum topics, and I used to be able to go to the chat room! I can't for some reason. Please help ASAP! Thanks."

it could also just be a glitch. You could probably talk to Tom or Irassar on the forum, but it's hard to get to them. I'd just stick to the two above, or it may be a glitch. Hope this helped!

You need to have posted five times to have access to chat.
Your five posts need to also have been allowed by our admins.

There was some bad trolling events that happened quite some time ago. Our admins changed the rules to help protect us from that in the future. This is why the change occurred.

You'll need to have three more posts accepted by admin before you can post automatically and also have access to chat.

Check out the newbie help topic in the help guides section, I've covered this and a few other things that have come through. It might help to check in on it so you don't miss something else.
